Moa are very tall they have long necks and long legs. Maoris and the Haast Eagle hunted the moa. Moas have rocks in their tummies to grind food. They are vegetarian it means they don’t eat meat. Moa are extinct that means they’re all dead and you will never see one again. There are 11 different kinds of moa, two moa were very tall. Moa are taller than a person. Moa have feathers. I think their colour is brown and moa bones were found in caves. Moa only have three toes.

Moa are tall brown flightless birds. They were the biggest bird on earth. Long ago their only predator was the Haast Eagle. There are 11 species of Moa. I think moa are almost as tall as the Sky Tower!
