Planting Cornflowers
Yesterday Room 16 planted blue tiny cornflowers for the gala and for the helpful honeybees. First we got a special pot. You can put the pot under the soil and it rots into the soil. Next we put soil into the pot. The we put our pinky finger in the soil and made a small hole. After that we put some tiny cornflower seeds into the small hole and covered them up. Lastly we put the seed on the windowsill. I think if I talk to it enough it will look as pretty as lavender.

Yesterday Room 16 planted some blue flowers for the bees. We needed a special pot, dirt and some seeds. First we got a special pot and then we put some dirt in it up to the line. Then we put our pinky in gently and put one tiny seed into the hole. After that we patted the dirt down gently. After that we put it into a yoghurt container. Lastly we put it up on the windowsill. The special pot is good because the worms eat it and it doesn’t have to go in the rubbish.

Yesterday we planted a flower and first we scooped some soil out of the soil bag and then we put the soil in the pot. After we stuck our pinky in the pots and put a seed in the hole. We put a yoghurt container on the windowsill and then we put our pots in the yoghurt containers on the windowsill. Then we have to wait 7 – 14 days. Our flowers will be beautiful. We have to whisper to it. I will look after it and I will be happy. I like my flower and I want to watch it because I want it to grow. I think I will watch it all night. Do you know why we need to plant them? Because it is for the bees.

Yesterday we all planted a flower. We need seeds and soil and pots. First we sprinkled soil in the pots. Then we put our pinky in the soil. Then we put a seed in the soil. Then we put more soil on the seed. After that we put the plant on the windowsill. When it grows nice we will sell it at the school gala. I want my flower to be the best.

Yesterday Room 16 planted some tiny seeds for the gal. We planted blue flowers because we were learning about bees awhile ago and we want bees to come to our gardens. First we got a little paper pot and put soil inside it. Soil is like dirt. Next we got one or two cornflower seeds. Before we did that we poked our pinky finger into the soil and put the seeds in the hole. Then we got a yoghurt container and put it on the windowsill. I hope all our flowers will grow as tall and as beautiful as a lavender tree. I enjoyed planting the seeds because the bees will be coming to our gardens. Then we put our name on it.

Yesterday we planted bluey, purple flowers. We planted the bluey purple flowers for the bees. First we got a pot. Then we put dirt in the pot. Then we put a little seed in the dirt, it was so little. Then we put them on the windowsill and we watered them. The pot is special because they rot when underground. We are going to give it to the gala to sell.

Yesterday we planted a beautiful flower. First I got a pot and put dirt in the small pot then I put my pinky n the dirt and put a cornflower seed in the hole. After that I put my beautiful flower onto the windowsill. Miss Smee watered the plants. I prayed to the flower and said please grow. We are going to sell them at the gala.

Yesterday I planted a purply blue flower for the gala. Somebody might buy my flower. We will have to bring something to sell to people. I hope mine will grow tall to the butterfly poem. I like purple and blue so I actually hope somebody buys mine. Fist we put a yoghurt pot on the outside of the brown pot, then we put some soil in it. Also we put some seeds in and then we put some more soil on it again. Lastly we watered it so it can grow.
